STEPS FOR THE COMPLETION OF YOUR CLEANING OR RESTORATION REQUEST

 

To initiate a request for Cleaning or Restoration for the first time, you have three options, You can do it without any prior registration, calling our contact number +34 639 305 140 or sending a text message using WhatsApp messaging application for us to make an approximate budget, once prepared will be sent by the same initial means of contact.

Once the firm restoration order has been placed, we will proceed to arrange a date and time for the reception in our Gallery located at Av. Pilar Calvo, 43, 29660 Marbella, Malaga and once defined, we will send you the number of the delivery note of our company to legalize this procedure.

After the approval of the initial budget, the state of the carpets will be checked thoroughly to corroborate that the budget corresponds to the physical reality of the carpet once it is in our possession and we will verify that the approved budget is correct. In case of any variation or possible incident, we will contact you again.

When your carpet or carpets are restored and ready, we will contact the transport company to proceed with the delivery of your restoration within the agreed period.

 

Or bring your Carpet directly to us for a general study, for the elaboration of an approximate budget and, once approved, to start with a detailed analysis of the requirements of your carpet and thus give an exact budget that we will notify previously to start with the cleaning or restoration of your Carpet.
